He sounds American to me.

As an AmE speaker, I don't hear any particular accent per se, but he does have a very nasally voice that's quite noticeable (and to me, a bit distracting).

Everyone has an accent when they speak. The question should be about which accent he has.

This particular man has an American accent. I can't be more specific than that.
