Don't worry, It can be fixed.

Don't worry, It can be fix.

Please tell me the difference in the meaning between these two.

The second sentence is wrong. "Can be" is followed by the perfect tense.

'It can be fixed' is a passive construction, which needs part of BE plus the third form (past participle).

How can you tell that my sentence is in passive construction?

when the verb is preceded by "be/been/being" which indicates the passive form.

If you are using BE as an auxuliary, you must be constructing a progressive/continuous or a passive form. Only a passive form is possible in'It can be f[STRIKE]ix[/STRIKE]/[STRIKE]fixing[/STRIKE]/fixed.

Then why a "it can be fixing" is also a wrong?

You have not edited it correctly. The word order is still wrong.

Then why a "it can be fixing" is also a wrong?

The word I have marked in red and underlined needs to be moved. The two words in blue need to be removed completely.

I edited the question, please reply.

I am no good at grammar terms but I will try.
As mentioned, "it can be fixed" is in the passive
form.

It is understood to mean:

It can be fixed (by others).
"By others" is implied.

Now, does this sound right to you?
- It can be fixing by others.

Please stop asking supplementary questions. Simply rewrite the sentence above using the correct word order and using the advice I gave you in post 12. The final sentence should contain only nine words.
