Hello.
I'm wondering what 'double-cake' means.
I understand it's kind of a cake, but I don't know what kind of cake it is.
Here is a context from a picture book:

A little boy said,
"I'll build a fort, put in provisions- sticks and string and double-cake."

Please help!

I've never heard of "double-cake".
 
He'd take twice as much cake as he's usually allowed to eat.
