Is it grammatically correct to use the word ‘and’ twice in a sentence? For example, does the following sentence read correctly:

“I have experience of training and supervising staff and consider myself to be an excellent leader and negotiator.”

Yes, it's correct. I'd put a comma after 'staff' for clarity - but it's not essential.

Of course. Use the language to make sense, not to placate your misinformed 3rd grade English teacher.

I'd say "experience in" not "of" but that could be a US thing.
