Thomas and I are supposed to meet up this Friday and we set up the time at 2pm that day. I want to treat him for the snacks and drinks so I said:

Drinks and snacks on me!

Is it natural?
 
That's an incomplete sentence.
 
It's not a sentence since there's no verb, but it is something you might hear, particularly in the context of making an announcement to a group of people.

Notice you have a typo on 'naturla'.
