I saw the following notice at the pharmacy of a local hospital.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all medicines sold are not refundable or exchangeable.

Should "due to" be replaced by "For"?

I would use "For" there.

With "Due to", I'd use "health and safety regulations".
