Hi,

Perhaps somebody can help me ...

I know what "ear wax" is.
I also know what an "ear plug" is, for example for swimming.

My problem is...
I know there are some ear plugs which are made of artificial (?) wax, and we call them "wax plugs". But I see on the English-speaking websites that "wax plug" is the medical problem of accumulated wax inside your ear canal. So, if you don't call them "wax plugs", what do you call these ear plugs made of wax??

Thank you

Wax earplugs.

How about wax ear plugs?

That was fast!!!

Thanks a lot.

:-D

Note that generally when we're talking about the things we stick in our ears, it's "earplugs" - all one word.
