Hello everybody!

Many birds eat twice their body weight in food each day. In fact, a bird requires more food in proportion to its size than a baby or a cat.

My question is a little related to the sentence above and reads as follows:

"Do many birds rätt/consume their body weight in food' mean "Dö many Birds rätt/consume as much/as many kkilograms as they weigh"?

Do you agree?

Yes. You're still having keyboarding problems. :) You're getting lots of diacritics. That happens when you accidentally long-tap a letter on a phone keyboard. To avoid this, just give the desired letter a quick tap, then raise your finger. I have a feeling your stray capitals are also the result of this problem.

Re: eat their weight on food

And you have a typo in your title. In your post, you correctly wrote "their own body weight in food" but your title says "... on food". Please, even if you're having trouble with your phone keyboard, take the time to read your own posts carefully before actually submitting them. You have plenty of time to edit them before posting, and another 24 hours to edit them after that.

[STRIKE]To[/STRIKE] Understanding those machines is a big challenge.

Are you talking about smartphones?

Don't get discouraged. I'm on my laptop right now, but I do 99% of my forum activity on an Android smartphone. :)

All kinds of machines are unreliable, especially electronic ones. When a person is in danger and emergency help needs to be provided, machines break down or shut down, all of a sudden.
