eating a sausage without a piece of bread

There is nothing wrong with eating sausages on their own.

Well, you don't have to convince me! I'm fully on board with this.

sometimes, out of laziness, we like to reach for a sausage in the fridge and eat it unaccompanied by bread.

I don't think Polish people are alone on this, by the way. I myself am living proof of the fact.
