Would it be natural to say: "Ema Bull’s speak is related to traveled one’s message." If we want to say that Ema's message is related to the person's message that has traveled.

I have no idea what that means.

I want to say:
Ema's speech is related to the person's message that has traveled before. (Ema is saying the message of that person who has traveled somewhere before.)

How about Emma Bull's speech is related to/based on one traveller's message?

You're going to have to decide whether it's the person who has travelled or the message which has travelled.
Do you mean that Ema is reading the message of the person who has travelled?
