Does "including" refer to "map" or does it refer to "Lucky Smells Lumbermill"?

Enclosed you will find a map of the Lucky Smells Lumbermill, including the dormitory where the three of you will be staying, free of charge. Please report to work the following morning along with the other employees.

Welcome to the forum. :hi:

Please note that I've edited your title so that it includes some of the text you are asking us about and I have moved your actual question into the main body of the post. Please tell us where you found the original text - we need the source and the author.

For me, it could be taken to refer to both. The dormitory appears on the map but it is also part of the Lumbermill which is, of course, the main focus of the map.

It's certainly not obvious. My feeling is that the writer meant to say that two things are enclosed—one being the map, and then another, separate piece of information about the dormitory. So, if I'm right, then it doesn't relate to either the map or the lumbermill.

Where did you see this sentence?
