I noticed that the reading on the bill issued for my apartment was incorrectly entered. As per my records, the actual reading was 7560 taken on 5th May, not 9450 as mentioned in the bill. This difference is 1890 units and it is amounted to $ 150 which I can't bear as it is incorrect charges on my account.

Are the above sentences grammatically sound and natural? Please advise

I would not say "units." Units of what? Watts? Cubic feet? Cubic meters? Gallons? Liters? Name it.

In this kind of letter, be as concise as possible. You'll get better results.
