I have question about English book Level.

in Cambridge and Oxford and Longman’s catalogs are some book by Academic phrase in title.

My first question is: what is different between Academic english book with other book without Academic phrase in title?

Another qestion is: for example I want study ‘Let’s talk’ (cambridge) books for speaking, in cambridge’s catalog ‘Let’s Talk’ level is A1-B2(3level) and without Academic phrase in title, but I need another speaking book for C1,C2 but cambridge dosn’t have any book for this level but oxford has; ‘Open forum’ and ‘lecture ready’ books but they have Academic phrase in title. This is my question; Can I study first all 3 level of ‘Let’s Talk’ and than study level 3(advanced) of ‘Open forum’ or ‘lecture ready’? Doesn’t necessary level 1 and 2 of ‘Open forum’ or ‘lecture ready’?

Thanks
