Exact vs exactly

"This sentence should exactly be same as the previous sentence".

"This sentence is exact the same as the previous one".

Please check. Do we need to use " Exact" only or "Exactly" can be used as well? What's the difference between both?
 
How about this. "This sentence is exact same as the previous sentence". A native speaker said it.
 
That's wrong, too.

You can use 'exact same', but followed by a noun.

'He wrote the exact same sentence as I did'.
