No. "Comes in front" and "exchanges at" make no sense. You might say something like:

"Whenever I see her, we exchange glances."
"When she passes by, she looks my way."
"Whenever she passes me, she glances at me."
"She looks my way whenever we pass each other."
"Whenever she's in front of me, she looks at me."
"She gives me a quick glance whenever she goes by."
