Hello. Can I modify an adjective 'intriguing' with an adverb 'excitingly'? If it doesn't sound natural, could you please suggest me another adverb?
Thank you.

Hello. Can I modify [STRIKE]an[/STRIKE] the adjective 'intriguing' with [STRIKE]an[/STRIKE] the adverb 'excitingly'? If it doesn't sound natural, could you please suggest me another adverb?
You're right that it doesn't sound natural. If you give us the sentence (or idea) you have in mind, we might be able to suggests some suitable adverbs.

This sentence is taken from a review of a play. 'Stupka' is a surname of a Ukrainian actor.
'The excitingly intriguing question was whether the new lead would make do and decently substitute the late star Stupka.'

It sounds OK to me. Critics have to overuse adverbs and adjectives or all their reviews would start to sound the same.

I wouldn't use "excitingly" to modify "intriguing". I would prefer something like "especially", "particularly" or "highly".
