I am not sure what executed a “no-knock” warrant means. On the one hand, it sounds as if an official warrant that bestows the policemen the power to enter the house without knock; on the other, it seems that the policemen illegally entered the door without knock on it.
What does it mean?

GRAND RAPIDS, MI — “Don’t forget about black women.”
That was the central message that Isabel Delgado wanted to convey when she organized a march for Grand Rapids native Breonna Taylor at Rosa Parks Circle on Friday, June 12, she told MLive.
Taylor, 26, a black emergency medical technician, was killed in her Louisville, Ky., apartment by police on March 13. Police officers - looking for a suspect who was already in custody - executed a “no-knock” warrant and opened fire, striking Taylor at least eight times.
