[STRIKE]im[/STRIKE] I'm doing a few exercises, and it says to "squeeze in" the butt (I think it probably says buttocks) but I don't know what it means. Can somebody help me?
And why the "in"? It means that when contracting the muscles they go inwards?

 But it's not just the direction - without the 'in' squeeze becomes transitive as here: 'When you're ready to take the photo, squeeze the button.' If you were to 'squeeze the buttocks' you'd be using muscles other than the Gluteal muscles - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.
