What is the meaning of " fancy a fact"?

Where's the rest of the sentence?

Fancy a fact the size of a planet?

It's short for "Do you fancy ..." which means "Would you like ...".

Do you fancy [hearing] a fact the size of a planet? = Do you want to hear a really impressive fact?

In my humble opinion that's not an everyday expression, and most people wouldn't know what you are talking about. You might say, "Do you want to hear something interesting?"

Thank you.

1. How did you do that?
2. Thanks for the suggestion, but I already watch EONS and Star Talk.

In fact, the question shouldn't be "how" but "why". When you put your response before what you are responding to it looks strange. Plus you have to make an extra effort to do it.

I'm not suggest anything. I just let you know that someone use "fancy a fact" as program title.
