Dear Teachers,

I would like to send a farewell speech to a colleague but I am not confident with my proficiency in English so I'm submitting this thread to seek for advice. Below is the speech that I had mentioned earlier.



Dear Jessica,

It pains me that you are leaving the company today. Little did I realize that you have worked here for more than 5 years. Time flies ! As a colleague, I wish to say thank you for your unquestionable respect towards me during your stay in this company. No words could describe how much I treasured you as a colleague.

Last but not least do allow me to wish you all the best in all your future endeavors.

Whatever you do,
Succeed them all ”

The underlined part is rather vague, especially "unquestionable respect".
Also, consider omitting the part in blue. Otherwise, try:
You've been with us for five years, but it doesn't feel like it. Time flies!

I thought respect is mutual between colleagues.
"Unquestionable respect" is not natural to me as it sounds like idolatry. Or was she your subordinate?
