Yes, I concur with Mr. Davis. The nominative case is called for here; hence, one should use "I."

Other than that, each sentence is correct. However, I would guess that most people would use "faster," which is more commonly used when we speak of velocity.
"I usually get to my car more quickly, but he gets to the destination earlier, since he drives faster than I (do)."
