I am a dog who is always hungry. I always need my favourite foods / food like meat and fish, but raw meat is the best.

Should I use favourite food / foods in that sentence?

Use the plural to refer to the different types of food.

By the way, there shouldn't be a space before and after the slash.

Should I use favourite "food" or "foods" in that sentence?

I am still confused about it.
I should choose favorite foods, am I right?

Is it correct?

It's pretty good now, but slightly odd because of the position of regulary. It would be more natural if regularly came after fish.

Personally I don't like the slash /. It's not a word and it's ambiguous. It's better to use "and" or "or" and avoid / in your writing.
