I finished my lecture.
I have/has finished my lecture.

1. What is the difference in meaning between these sentences?
2. Is it acceptable to say I has or I have?

your participation is highly appreciated.

You can say both
I have finished/ I finished my lecture.
You cannot say I has finished (subject is first person singular and verb is third person singular)
There's a difference in terms of context:

I have (just) finished my lecture (recent past event).
I finished my lecture (completed past event one minute/three minutes/half an hour/an hour/ a day ago).
Hope it's clear.

I finished my lecture.
I have/has finished my lecture.
