When she was only four years old, she could play the guitar very well. I think her talent was flourished too soon.
She was a child prodigy.
Is the bold part correct? The verb flourish is correct? Or you suggest another verb?

Two suggestions:

'I think her talent blossomed too soon.'

'I think she peaked too soon.'

Both of those presuppose that her talent subsequently diminished.

"Flourished" is OK, but you don't need "was".
