Dear Teacher,
Cound you please check the grammar of my sentance.

Dear All,
For replying comments sheet to the Client, i have made one folder with write and read access, i will keep the Client comments log in this folder with share folder, where you can reply your response simultaneaously instead of passing one by one to other discipline engineer. Once you have responded to the Client comments i will get your conifirmaiton before sending to the Client.

also, please not make copy of master file to avoid any confusion.

Thanks

Welcome to the forum. :hi:

Throughout your post you have incorrectly capitalised "client" but you have failed to capitalise "I" (first person singular). There are multiple other errors but those are basic errors in written English which you need to correct.

Your spellchecker should have alerted you to the following incorrectly spelt words: sentance, simultaneaously, conifirmaiton.

Thanks for your comment, could you please also check my whole paragraph, if i writing in correct way.

Najmikhan, there are a great many errors in your sentences.
You need to end sentences with a period or some other form of punctuation.
You cannot keep adding sentences together with commas linking them.

Most significantly, just after emsr2d2 told you to capitalize the personal pronoun "I" you write a post with "i" in it.

Thanks for your comment. Could you please also check my whole paragraph to see if I have written it correctly?

You can go back to your original post and make some simple corrections yourself.

Dear Teacher,

Could you please check my whole paragraph to see if I have written it correctly?

You have again incorrectly capitalised 'Client' and failed to capitalise 'I'.
