Follow/track/watch the weather

Hello.

I want to say someone to control the weather (it's getting worse).
What verb should I use in this case: follow, track or watch the weather?

I'm not sure what you mean.

I can only say that 'control the weather' is wrong: nobody can do that.

'Control' doesn't mean 'check' in English, though it does in some European languages. Controlar (Sp) , controllare (It).
You can watch the weather. Tracking is for something specific, eg. you can track a cyclone, hurricane, tornado...
If you want to use check, you'd have to keep checking it.

I mean 'check' the weather (for example, see the temperature online).

Can I also say 'monitor the weather'?
What about 'follow the weather' in the meaning 'check the weather'?

Yes, 'monitor' is OK. 'Follow' should work too.
