If someone has expressed something / asked a question... and I want to build on that can I say

a) Following up on her point/question...
b) Following that point/question
c) Following on her point/question

Which of the above is/are correct? If none of the above, how can we use 'follow' to express this meaning?

"Follow-up" would be used if you wish to build on the initial question. The question should remain within the context.

For C), I might instead say:

Following her point/question
or
Building on her point/question

I might also say

To her point, ...
