"He is going to be jogging for another half an hour/another 30 minutes/ or the next?"
 
'. . .for another half hour.'

'. . .for another 30 minutes.'

The above mean that he's already been jogging for some time.

'He's going to be jogging for the next half hour/30 minutes' means that he hasn't started jogging yet.
