a. I won't go there for three weeks.
Does that imply that I will go there after three weeks?
It seems that (a) is just stating a fact. If I have decided never to go there, then obviously I won't go there for three weeks. But it seems to me that the implication that I will go there after three weeks is sort of there.
Can (a) be used instead of
b. I won't go there for at least three weeks.
Many thanks,
