Suppose I want to say this sentence to a new employee, do I need to put the first clause in the future continuous?
  • For the first few months, you will build up your knowledge, and when you have built up enough, you will feel comfortable in your new job.
  • For the first few months, you will be building up your knowledge, and when you have built up enough, you will feel comfortable in your new job.
