Suppose if I want to say to someone that I have a meeting scheduled “for the same time” or “at the same time”

Do you have two separate meetings scheduled for the same time?

Hi,

Yes two meeting were scheduled at the same time, if I wanted to inform to one person then this question raised?

Pay close attention. The quoted material comes before the response. (This is easier, by the way, than the other way.)

Two things. One, if two meetings are scheduled for the same time it is not possible to attend both. Two, the second sentence is totally ungrammatical, and it it is not possible to make sense of it.
