I don't have a certain sentence in mind. I just want to know the difference, if any. I googled their meanings and they do not seem to be different. Nor could I find any thread explaining their difference.
 
The difference is that forementioned isn't a word.
 
Aforementioned should only be used in very formal writing.
 
It exists, much it is much less commonly used than 'aforementioned'. Ngram.

I will bow to your superior knowledge, but I have never seen it, used it, or found it in a dictionary.
 
Yes—we all have something to learn from UE. :)
