The first thing you need to do is add punctuation to your posts and your draft email. Always follow these rules of written English:

- Start every sentence with a capital letter.
- End every sentence with a single, appropriate punctuation mark.
- Always capitalise the word "I".
- Always capitalise proper nouns.
- Do not put a space before a full stop, comma, question mark or exclamation mark.
- Always put a space after a full stop, comma, question mark or exclamation mark.

You have capitalised some strange words in your post. There is no reason to capitalise "regards" in "Kind regards". There was no reason to capitalise "please" after "For any more details,". You have used "please" three times in a very short email. You don't need all of them.

Please can you rewrite it in formal way
I will improve my English but sure I need some times

We expect you to use the advice and information that we give you. I clearly told you that every sentence must end with a punctuation mark. You ignored that advice in your last post. Until you heed that advice, I will not give you any more help.
