Hi

Was wondering if there was a better word. We have a meeting consisting of departmental heads that need to approve or provide other actions based on a submission of request for a software change. We are a smallish software company. We used to call it a Software Change Control Forum. Revising the TOR now and giving the name a rethink. Is committee the best? Council or commission would not be the right choice given previous articles

Hope you can help

Committee would be fine. The important thing is that the term is understood by the company.
