Can I say, " I am freaked out about it"? Or "I freak out about it"? Thanks in advance.
 
Then, what is the meaning difference between them?

For example, "There is a spider in the bath at the moment. I am freaked out about it" "Whenever there is a spider in the bath, I freak out about it".
