  1. If you become a member of the club from April 5th until May 10th, you'll receive a discount.
  2. If you become a member of the club from April 5th to May 10th, you'll receive a discount.
  3. If you become a member of the club from April 5th up to May 10th, you'll receive a discount.
  4. If you become a member of the club between April 5th and May 10th, you'll receive a discount.
  5. If you become a member of the club between April 5th and until May 10th, you'll receive a discount.
  6. If you become a member of the club between April 5th and to May 10th, you'll receive a discount.
  7. If you become a member of the club between April 5th and up to May 10th, you'll receive a discount.
  8. If you become a member of the club (Other options?) , you'll receive a discount.

I think 1 and 4 are correct. How about others?
 
As you say, 1 and 4 are correct.

2 is fine, 3 is only OK.

Avoid using the rest.
