On Cambridge Dictionary website I can find only "full-time job". Can I also use "full-time work"? And also "part-time work" insted of "part-time job"?

Yes. They're not interchangeable though.

I have a full-time job.
I prefer full-time work.

I have a part-time job.
I prefer part-time work.

"Job" is countable; "work" is uncountable.

So I could also write:

I have full-time work.
I have part-time work.

?

We don't usually combine "have" with "work" in that sense. The natural wording there is "have a full/part-time job".

We do say things like "I have a lot of work this weekend", but that doesn't use "work" in the same sense as "job".

Wow, interesting - I didn't know that.

You can also say I work full-time.
