Galaxy or galaxy?

We normally capitalize the noun "Milky Way" even when it appears in the middle of a sentence. But how should we write it when we add the word "galaxy" to it while writing it in the middle of the statement? I have come across both "the Milky Way galaxy" and "the Milky Way Galaxy".
