I'll get over it somehow - I will live through this, I will learn to accept this, or, I will move something over a barrier.

I'll get it over somehow - I will manage to move something over a barrier or I will be able to communicate my message to someone.

So "I'll get over it somehow" and "I'll get it over somehow" can't both mean that "I'll live through this"?

But you gave me two examples of "get over something". I was curious about: get over something and get something over. And I was wondering whether both of them can mean that I'll live through something.

Like for example: Throw the garbage out AND Throw out the garbage - They mean the same.

I'll get over it = I'll live through it.
I'll get it over = I'll make someone understand my message OR I'll transfer something from one side of something tall, to the other side.

Only the first example above actually uses the phrasal verb "to get over [it]". In the second example, get is simply a verb and over is the preposition to describe the direction of movement.
