Hi,
"Get+object+adjective" can be used with the meaning "make smb. or smth. become", as in "I can get it clean in 5 minutes."
Can I say the following sentences then?
"Can you get him happy by tomorrow?" or should I say "Can you make him happy by tomorrow?"
Thank you.

No, "get" is not natural in that sentence.

Hello.:-D

I don't find "Can you make him happy by tomorrow?" natural either. (It is grammatical, of course.)

Boss: Can you finish the report by tomorrow?
Me: Certainly.:-D

Boss: Can you make him happy by tomorrow?
Me: I beg your pardon?:shock::-?

Well, I can't think of a natural context where "Can you make him happy by tomorrow?" is used.

We're not going to ask what kind of boss would ask that!

Boss: We have a client who is unhappy with the quality of our service.
You: What can I do?

Me: Certainly, sir.

24 hours later

Me: This was all I could do to make him happy. Is there anything else I can do for him, sir?

:-D
