I don't know if it's 'of' or 'off' and also what it is supposed to mean.

He does not say anything like the above at 1:04-1:08. I think you've either made a mistake with the link or the time interval!

The first link you posted was of a video by a non-native person speaking casual English, and it contained profanities. I decided to give you the benefit of the doubt and see if you could post a more meaningful question/link. You didn't. I have, thus, removed the links, and I am closing this thread.

You are more than welcome to post serious questions/links to the forum, but not frivolous ones like the above.
