Welcome to the forum. I have some questions.

What does your title mean?
Why have you used no capital letters or punctuation?
What is "quation"? Have you looked it up in a dictionary?

These are not sentences. A sentence is usually thought of as being a complete thought - "I saw the boat". A sentence begins with a capital letter and ends with a period. I believe that your question about the three (not two) groups of words above, concerns the difference between "to" and "of". Please write two complete sentences using both "to" and "of" and I can be of more assistance.
