For example
There are 2 knives on a table and everyone knows that these knives are the only ones in the room and they are mine.
What should I use:
1) Give me another knife;
2) Give me other knife.

I'm asking because of the 'an'. It's used for undefined items. However, in my case, everyone knows about my second knife.

Welcome to the forum.

Please note my corrections above. Also note that I have changed your thread title to make it unique and more relevant to the thread.

Both of your suggestions are wrong. If there are only two knives, and you are already holding one of them, you would say "[Please] give me the other knife". If you're not yet holding one of them, you would say "[Please] give me a knife".
