Can we say in English "It's a pity all this is going to an end"?
"Going to an end" meaning "to end."

Nearly - but exactly wrong;-) - the phrasal verb you want is 'coming to an end'; you could of course use a 'going to' future - "It's a pity all this is going to [STRIKE]an[/STRIKE] end"?

Not the customary way to express the thought, in other words, no.

PS If you want to emphasize the idea of inevitable progress, you could also use other words - e.g. "It's a pity all this is moving inexorably towards its end/....getting[/growing] closer and closer to its end."
