Are the following sentences which one is correct?

1. It's going to be a tough year.

2. It's going to being tough year.
 
[STRIKE]Are[/STRIKE] Of the following sentences, which one is correct?

1. It's going to be a tough year.

2. It's going to being tough year.

No. 1 is correct.
 
Any verb after "going to" needs to be in the bare infinitive.
