[Grammar] Good at English or Good in English: which is correct

I am little bit confused about these two terms 'Good at English' and 'Good in English'. Which one is correct. The discussion is also going on http://www.indiastudychannel.com/forum/128378-Is-working-hard-in-arithmetic-a-wrong-phrase.aspx where I can't come to a conclusion.

I am not a teacher.

As a BrE speaker, I would only use 'at' if referring to English as a subject being studied or a language skill that the person possesses. I don't know much about Indian English though.
