Good-looking: comparative and superlative

Hi all,

I'd like to know the comparative and superlative forms of this adjective. Could I say "better-looking" and "best-looking"? Or is it better to say "more good-looking" and "the most good-looking"?

I've seen both forms and I'm a bit confused :-?: I don't know if one of them is used wrongly or if both are acceptable or a American English/British English thing.

I would use "better-looking" and "best-looking" but the "more" and "most" versions are perfectly acceptable and understandable.
