Can I use "way" and "in my English practice?" Do both sound natural?
For context: it is said when talking about finding penpals to improve speaking skills.

"The Internet is a good way to improve our language skills because it helps me in my English practice."

The two halves of your sentence don't fit together. You're suggesting that your use of the internet for English practice is the reason for the internet being helpful to other people.

I will change it into "The Internet is a good way to improve my language skills because it helps me in my English practice." Does it work?

Not really. There's not enough detail about how it helps you with your English practice. It's all very vague. It's like saying "I like eating bananas because they taste nice to me". The part after "because" just lacks useful information.

What exactly is it that you do on the internet (that you can't do anywhere else) that helps you practise your English?

Chatting with native speakers. That's the easiest way to find native speakers. There aren't any here.

That's what I mean: "The Internet is a good way to improve my language skills because it helps me with my English practice. That's because I can find native speakers on language learning sites and talk to them."
It should be "help with" not "help in." Right?

Using the internet is a good way for me to practise my English because I can find native speakers on language learning sites and talk to them.

It's good that they help you with that.
