Can I use "way" and "in my English practice?" Do both sound natural?
For context: it is said when talking about finding penpals to improve speaking skills.

"The Internet is a good way to improve our language skills because it helps me in my English practice."

Chatting with native speakers. That's the easiest way to find native speakers. There aren't any here.

It should be "help with" not "help in." Right?
