I know what "gourmet" means but I didn't quite understand what it means here. Some help could be great. (This is from a travel webside's itinerary planning to go Bangkok, Thailand)

A connoisseur of fine food.

That's what you will be after your culinary tour of Bangkok.

The title is what I don't understand. I put the other part of text so that I would be a lot more comprehensible. What exactly "Bangkok Gourmet" means?

I am not asking the meaning just by itself, I am asking the meaning related to the text. The text is not just about a connoisseur in Bangkok, it's about vacation. Is it some kind of an abbreviation or what?

I don't know what's confusing. It's a holiday in Bangkok and it's based around eating (and learning to cook) delicious (gourmet) food. It's the name of the tour/holiday.

If you saw a holiday or tour called "London Highlights", would you be equally confused?
